Please note: we are not responsible for delays and packages which are lost once they are with the delivery service.
Tax/Customs Charges (International Customers):
OMI En Vogu will not charge you any additional fees other than the shipping rate paid directly to us. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the customs fees you are charged once the parcel has been delivered to you.
Any additional charges made to you by your country is out of out control as every country has certain duties and taxes on items imported into the country.
If you would like to find out more about why you are being charged customs, please contact the taxes/customs page of your government’s website or your local post office for more information.
Bribsane Only Pick Ups
If you would like to pick up your order in person you can choose this option at checkout.
Once the order has been placed, one of our team members will be in contact with you via email within 2-3 business days with the pick up details.
Please note: once given a pick up date and time, the order will stay at the location for five business days. If you do not come pick your order up within this time-frame the order will be taken back and you will be given store credit.
