Refund & Exchange Policy

At OMI En Vogue, we strive to provide high-quality imitation jewellery that meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Returns

  • Exchanges or returns are only applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used jewellery, earrings, nose pins, or customised pieces or items that are worn out or lost its colour/jewels or paint.
  • Requests for exchange or return must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Exchange or Refund

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the item has signs of wear, damage, or alterations after delivery.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events.
  • Customised or personalised jewellery.
  • Items that have been mishandled, broken, or exposed to moisture, perfumes, or chemicals after purchase.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  • Step 1: Email sales@omienvogue.com or WhatsApp +61 470 540 574 with your order number, product photos, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide instructions for return shipping.
  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the exchange or refund (as per eligibility) within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as store credit or a bank transfer to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost shipments.
